Sharon White is an esteemed CCI5* three-day eventing rider, trainer, and Level 4 USEA ICP Certified Instructor based at Last Frontier Farm in West Virginia. With over 25 years of professional experience, Sharon has competed at premier events worldwide, including over 10 appearances at the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event and prestigious CCI5* competitions like Lühmuhlen and Les Etoiles de Pau. She has represented the United States in FEI Eventing Nations Cup competitions and recently earned a team silver medal at the 2023 Pan American Games.

 

Known for her empathetic and holistic training philosophy, Sharon focuses on fostering strong horse-rider relationships through mindful riding and clear intentions. She is committed to the long-term success and well-being of her horses, aiming for each to have a fulfilling and healthy career. Sharon is also actively involved in the equestrian community, serving on various USEA committees and mentoring aspiring riders. Her journey as an equestrian began at a young age, guided by influential mentors such as Olympic rider Torrance Watkins and coach Jimmy Wofford. 

 

Despite facing challenges, including a serious injury in 2005, Sharon's resilience and dedication have driven her forward in achieving her goals and inspiring others in the sport.
